Настроенный spf, DKIM, обратная зона DNS по возможности.
И договоренность с хостером.
Или хотя бы уведомить хостера, о том, что планируете рассылки.
Это поможет избежать немедленной блокировки при абузах.
При договоренности хостеры, как правило, дают время на ликвидацию причин жалоб.
