I’ve been working with Laravel Nova for quite a while now, and I still think it’s one of the most enjoyable admin panels to build internal applications with. The biggest advantage for me is how well it integrates with Laravel. Instead of spending days building CRUD pages, filters, authorization, and dashboards from scratch, I can focus on the business logic that actually matters.

One thing I really appreciate is how Nova has continued to evolve over the last few releases. Features like improved UI components, better field customization, resource previews, enhanced metrics, and the overall cleaner interface make the development experience much smoother. The ecosystem around custom fields, tools, and resource tools has also become much more mature, making it possible to build almost any workflow without fighting the framework.

Another reason I keep choosing Nova is maintainability. Everything follows Laravel’s conventions, so it’s easy for new team members to understand the project structure. Authorization with policies, Eloquent integration, actions, lenses, filters, and queues all work together naturally, which keeps the codebase clean and easy to extend as the project grows.

Of course, Nova isn’t the perfect choice for every project, especially if you’re building a highly customized public-facing application. But for internal dashboards, back-office systems, ERP panels, CRM applications, and other business tools, it has consistently saved me a significant amount of development time. For me, the license cost is easy to justify when compared to the time it saves throughout a project’s lifecycle.

I’m curious to hear how everyone else is using Nova these days. Have the recent updates changed your workflow, or are there any features you’d still like to see added?
