Исключения в коде

Вставил код, и теперь просто белый экран

Значит включаем вывод ошибок и дебажим.
Я бы относительными ссылками (../) вообще не пользовался. Но это не главное. Главное код где-то у вас и здесь только маленький кусочек, который в голове дебажить бесполезно.
