Packs with combinations
A long-requested feature: product packs can now contain combinations. Sell a gift set with a specific size and color of each product, or bundle variants exactly the way your customers want them.

PDF rendering in the browser
Invoices and other PDF documents can now be rendered directly in the browser instead of being downloaded first. A small change that makes day-to-day work noticeably smoother.
Create orders from guest carts
Abandoned guest carts are no longer a dead end. From the back office you can now create an order directly from a guest cart. Perfect for phone orders or converting a hesitant visitor into a paying customer.
Universal compliance attributes
Products now carry a standard set of compliance fields: HS code, country of origin, age verification, and dangerous goods information (UN number, hazard class, and packing group). Everything customs, carriers, and regulators ask for, stored in one structured place on the product's shipping tab, ready to be used by shipping and invoicing modules.
Dimension impacts for combinations
Combinations can now modify a product's width, height, and depth, not just weight and price. These dimensions are taken into account during carrier selection, so shipping costs are calculated correctly even when the XL variant needs a bigger box.
Automatic database backups
Enable automatic backups and your store creates a database backup once per day, with a configurable retention period that cleans up old backup files automatically. One less thing to remember, and one more safety net when you need it.
Attachments in customer service messages
When replying to a customer from the customer service thread or the order page, you can now attach a file to your message. Easily send invoices, manuals, photos, or return labels to your customers.
Better pack handling everywhere
Beyond combination support, packs got love across the board: pack items are now displayed in the back office order view, printed on the delivery slip, and dynamic packs synchronize faster.
More back office improvements
Orders can now be created in the back office without selecting a payment module. The modules list warns you about deprecated modules. Specific price priority management has been enhanced, export filenames are customizable, and multistore users see the shop name in the order view.

Version 1.7 ships with a set of new hooks and extension points, including actionProcessPaymentOptions, actionGetWebserviceResources, actionFilterDeliveryOptionList, actionOverrideContactForm, a hook for custom KPIs, a hook for buttons on the admin orders page, and support for namespaced Object Model hooks.
